Our free plans do not expire, they are free forever. Unless your monthly scan limit has been reached. If your QR code(s) no longer work, this is most likely because your paid package is no longer active. You can easily reactivate these QR codes within a few minutes by following these steps:

1. Log in to Trueqrcode with your account

2. Click on the first letter of the name (top right)

3. Go to account and then subscriptions

4. Click on the green button to select which account you want to reactivate

After activating your subscription, the button will change to 'current plan'. Your QR code(s) will then work immediately again.
