If your QR codes have stopped working, it’s likely because your paid subscription has expired. Don’t worry, reactivating your subscription only takes a few minutes.
Here’s how to reactivate:
Log in to your Trueqrcode account
Click your account icon (top right corner)
Go to Account → Subscription
Click the green “Reactivate” button next to the plan you want to restore

Once reactivated, your QR codes will start working again immediately. The green button will change to “Current Plan” to confirm that your subscription is active.
